So this is a very easy, tasty and healthy juice which has a warm sunny look and its taste gives a spicy tinge to your taste buds. 

Two reasons why this is a great juice recipe for beginners is – you don’t require too many ingredients and the ingredients required in this juice are so basic that you can find these in your kitchen almost any time. So why not bundle up these quick easy ingredients and throw them into your juicer, for a great kick start to your day.

Recipe:

2 Apples

1 Orange

3 Carrots

1/2 inch Ginger

Few mint leaves

Carrots, Apple, Orange, Ginger juice contain a lot of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which are great for detoxification, fighting immunity and cancer. Mint leaves add a nice refreshing and minty flavor to any juice and is my favorite herb to add to a juice. Moreover, it also aids digestion and is good for healing stomach cramps.

Vitamin A : Apple, Ginger and Carrot is a great cocktail which yields Vitamin A in abundance. Specially owing to the Vitamin A in carrots. Vitamin A is great for the skin, eyes and building immunity.

Potassium and Magnesium : This juice contains great amount of Potassium and Magnesium.These two minerals play a key role in your health.
